About the Role
Job Summary:
This position will work collaboratively with the Project Coordinator in Haiti to design, execute and evaluate effective educational intervention activities. Major activities of the job may include leading the evaluation planning process, assisting and completing comprehensive, unique education evaluations, analyzing and interpreting evaluation results, and supporting community teams to identify educational needs. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with the community and internal team to deliver results on deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide detailed updates about projects to the Project Coordinator.
Design activities to empower girls and women, including female role models, gender equality, model self-acceptance, reproductive education, job and technical skills.
Document the design and execution of activities. Create teaching/ pedagogical material.
Assists in the completion of education evaluations.
Uses a wide variety of assessment techniques to evaluate students’ academic skills, learning aptitudes, personality and emotional development, adaptive behavior, and social skills.
Order necessary office supplies.
Undertake project tasks as required.
Requirements
Education: Undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. Students; pedagogic studies, social workers, community workers are preferred.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
Proficiency with computers and online Workspace, especially Google Drive.
Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Design tools are a plus: Canva, Photoshop.
Language: Haitian Creole is required. English and French are a plus.
