About the Role
Job Summary:
This position will work collaboratively with the Project Coordinator in Haiti to design, execute and evaluate effective educational intervention activities. Major activities of the job may include leading the evaluation planning process, assisting and completing comprehensive, unique education evaluations, analyzing and interpreting evaluation results, and supporting community teams to identify educational needs. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with the community and internal team to deliver results on deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts
Create and post daily content for each social media accounts
Respond to audience comments on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts
Strategize and execute as necessary marketing campaigns
Analyze data for these campaigns
Report to Weekly content to manager for approval on Friday of the previous week
Manage social media partnerships with other brands
Advocate for women and girls in the world
Be updated about the projects of the organization
Attend required meeting
Administer ads budget
Requirements
Education: Undergraduate, graduate, and Pd/Research Students in Business, preferably marketing students or relevant working experience.
Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of the target audience and industry trends.
Proficiency with computers and online Workspace, especially Google Drive.
Design tools: Canva. Photoshop, Adobe Spark, Pixlr, Fotor, RelayThat, Easel.ly, Visme, BeFunky, Infogram are a plus.
Language: English. French, and Haitian Creole are a plus.
