There are many ways to change someone’s life.
Give them 1 million dollars and you’ll reshape different parts of their life.
Change their environment and the body and mind will adapt to it.
Or guide people in a belief system and you can instill faith.
But, if you really want to change someone for the better, especially someone that has been oppressed, taken for less, and even abused their whole lives, teaching is the best way to go.
Teach them how to believe in themselves to find their passions, show them they are capable of accomplishing anything, and last, but not least, educate them, give them the knowledge needed to endure their unique path to success.
Ultimately, this is our goal at Womenful Voice. We teach.
Womenful Voice is a movement created by women that grew up in vulnerable conditions that many still live in today. In Haiti, more than a third of women live in fear, suffering violence, inequality, and gender-biased traditions that block their progress and development.
We’re empowering women by educating them on how to think independently, raise their voices, and advance towards a better life. We show them ways to reach their goals and attain socio-economic welfare while coaching and supporting them.
We envision a world where women can harness their potential, voice their matters safely, and allow them to achieve anything they dream. It is possible, we just have to work for it.

This quote was an inspiration for one of our programs.
The Mentorship Program
This program aims to tap into the existing knowledge, skills, and experience of high-performing women to empower 15 Haitian girls between the ages of 15 and 22. The mentor guides the mentee to build an action plan to achieve their career goals.
"Mentors from all nationalities are paired up with the mentees. The pairings are formed based on the language our mentees would like more experience in.
The mentors will help the mentees to have a connection with the real professional world and educate them to decide the career path that she wants to take
Furthermore, they’ll provide knowledge and networks to succeed career-wise, but also a deep connection and confidence with the mentee and relationships that can last.
After the program, the mentees and mentors are encouraged to continue their relationship/partnership after the program ends.
This program aims to provide a structured approach for young girls who need the support to believe in themselves and start their own journey toward transformative leadership in their community.
